Basics
A six-week, two hour per session group for those who have serious concerns about their own or their partner's sexual behaviors or who are seeking clarification in dealing with self-defeating behavior patterns. Increased understanding of the powerlessness over sexual behaviors and an increased awareness of their troubled relationships are the goals of this safe, non-judgmental group process. It is open to both individuals and couples. |

Beginnings
An eight-week, ninety minute weekly pyschoeducational group open to sex addicts, love addicts and their partners who are ready to begin to heal from the devastation. Group members learn about the nature of addictive process, co-addiction, family of origin roles in their development, and healthy coping skills. Small group exercises, reading assignments, lectures and group therapy are the tolls utilized to foster awareness. |

Intermediate Recovery Task Group
A Three-month, ninety minute weekly group for the individuals in early recovery from sex addiction or co-addiction or for individuals in the process of significant relapse. A combination of learning experiences, including assigned readings and psychodynamics group therapy guide the participant through the first even tasks of sexual addiction recovery as described by Patrick Carnes, Ph.D. This group is open to both individuals and couples. |

Sexual Addicts Sex Offenders Task Group
A three-month, ninety minute weekly group for individuals engaging in behaviors that victimize others. FIRST accepts both voluntary and mandated referrals. Assessments for clinical appropriateness and willingness to sign a sex offender contract are required as a means of assessing motivation, remorse, and potential treatment compliance. |

Advanced Recovery Group
A one year, ninety minute weekly group designed for individuals who have completed Beginnings and Intermediate Recovery groups and who have been compliant with their bottom-line behaviors for a minimum of six months and who are participating in a 12-Step recovery program. The long-term choices and healthy interpersonal skills. This group is open to both individuals and couples. |

Advanced Recovery Group for Partners & Former Partners of Sex Addicts
A one year, ninety minute weekly group focusing on healing feelings of anger, betrayal, loss and isolation. Treatment encourages self-awareness and the exploration of family of origin issues. Insight oriented therapy is the focus of this group and is open exclusively to sexual co-addicts. |
